Associate Loyalty Manager- Marketing
Job Description
Day-to-Day
- Manage tasks daily with internal departments and 3rd parties to ensure flawless execution of loyalty program.
- Create and manage project timelines and task lists; be flexible to adjust plans as needed and align all stakeholders as changes occur.
- Oversee execution of core program components including member communication streams, web and app member pages, FAQs / Terms & Conditions, member rewards, and store signage.
- Partner with Merchants to source vendor offers.
- Develop and execute targeted member communications.
- Ensure integration of loyalty program into all appropriate communication channels.
- Review accuracy of all cost estimates from internal departments and 3rd parties and manage projects to specified budgets.
- Coordinate delivery of program reporting and insights.
- Proof creative material to ensure content matches creative strategy, specifications, and production plans.
- Ensure all campaign components are tested and include accurate instructions that are easily executed at store level.
- Minimum 3 -5 years Marketing experience with project, email, and/or loyalty programs.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Speak, read, and write effectively in English Language
- Understand the design/creative/production process
- Experience with marketing loyalty programs, email, direct mail, and digital marketing
