Customer Success Manager
Job Description
As a CSM, you will play a critical role in ensuring the customers achieve success with the product. You will build strong relationships with the customers, understand their needs, and proactively guide them to maximize the value they get from the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and ensure they understand the full value proposition of the product.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Proactively identify customer needs and challenges and develop solutions to ensure their success.
- Track customer health metrics and proactively address any potential churn risks.
- Advocate for the customer's voice internally and work cross-functionally to ensure their success.
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product roadmap improvements.
- Develop and deliver engaging customer training and educational materials.
- Monitor customer sentiment and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success processes.
- Exceed customer expectations and achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in fast growing startup environment, (ideally SaaS).
- Ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling Customer Success function from inception within a startup environment.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to determine metrics that can impact business.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Deep understanding of customer success best practices.
- Passionate about customer success and building a successful business.
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience or knowledge of the residential real estate industry is a plus.

Base Salary $80,000-$105,000. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.
