Job Duties and Requirements
- Develops the marketing strategy, plans and events to create brand awareness and drive revenue.
- Performs research and analysis to define market segments and understand the competitive landscape.
- Establishes product, service and promotional priorities based on projected results considering overall short and long term returns against the assets and resources expended.
- Coordinates with other functional areas to ensure marketing priorities are consistent with corporate strategic and operational plans.
- Assess market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Create and oversee production of promotional materials to support product and sales initiatives.
- Support internal communications, marketing, training, motivational and incentive development efforts.
- Identify and implement procedures and systems to ensure the company's marketing activities are consistent and as efficient as possible while meeting internal and external customer needs.
