Summary:
The Operations Support Associate supports sales and branch operations by managing data analysis, cleansing, and administrative processes that ensure customer contracts, billing, invoicing, and issue resolution are handled efficiently. The role spans multiple business units and is vital to maintaining accurate documentation, timely payments, and positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform standard and non-routine tasks to resolve customer issues.
- Review, analyze, and cleanse data for accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide on-site support at service centers as needed.
- Manage exception reporting for flagged purchase orders.
- Resolve order processing issues from third-party processors.
- Create and process customer orders in SAP for quoted jobs/installs.
- Submit invoices through vendor portals, ensuring system compatibility.
- Support customer master data workflows as required.
- Ensure safe work practices and customer-focused service delivery.
- Demonstrate accountability, innovation, teamwork, and results-driven performance.
- High school diploma plus 2 years’ experience, or bachelor’s degree with comparable capability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, CRM, and field service applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in team settings.
- Strong grasp of business concepts, IT tools, and data analytics.
