People Services and Solutions Specialist - People Data (Second Shift)
Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for executing effective and efficient service delivery within the area of People Data (onboarding, offboarding, changes of terms and conditions, internal moves in Workday and in the payroll system, including document preparations, etc.), payroll, time & attendance. You’d also handle inquiries from employees, line managers, HR Business Partners, etc.
Key responsibilities
- Perform transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes in Workday and in payroll/time and attendance system.
- Ensure non-integrated People Data is maintained in required systems.
- Deliver digital and physical record and document management services.
- Ensure employee and organization data integrity and compliance.
- Administer time and attendance data and various pre-payroll tasks (input collection, validation, sending, controlling).

- Drive/participate in cross-team initiatives and projects of medium to high complexity.
- Suggest continuous improvement ideas and drive their realization under moderate guidance.

- Show competence in own area and knowledge of general business principles.
- Demonstrate critical approach and holistic view on the current processes and ways of working.
- Proactively propose solutions to existing problems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Must be proficient with Workday.
- Prefer proficiency with TalentONE, SNOW, local Payroll and Time & Attendance systems, etc.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have a very good understanding of entire Employee Lifecycle processes for white and blue collars environments,
- Experience in execution of People Data Processes is required. Must be knowledgeable in labor law.
- Experience in application of various HR tools (Case Management, HR Portals, Chatbot, Knowledge Management tools, Digital signature tools, E-archiving tools) is required.
- Report building experience is required.
- Must be resilient, analytical, and accountable, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer care.
Pay Rate: $26.50 - $28.40/hr.
