Job Description

Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 6+ month contract position in Brentwood, TN.  This role is hybrid, with one day per week onsite.

Job Duties
  • Coordinates interview scheduling on behalf of recruiters.
  • Supports interview and screening of Customer Solutions Center and other entry level applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, and the ability to fit into the organization and function effectively. Communicate company culture, values, and job requirements to candidates.
  • Ensures all new hire processes are complete for each candidate. Monitors new hires in the applicant tracking system to ensure all paperwork is completed. Follow up with applicants to complete the hiring process in the recruiting management software.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system to analyze and report on available recruiting metrics.
  • Assist in sourcing passive candidates in times of high volume or as necessitated by business objectives.
  • Attend reoccurring meetings with the team
  • Recruiting on Early Career Programs (internships)
Must Haves
  • One year of experience in recruiting in any capacity (staffing, corporate, etc.) OR any type of relevant experience. Working in admissions, property management, working with customers, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Someone who is tech savvy and can learn/navigate through multiple systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business
  • Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered
  • iCIMS applicant tracking software experience
  • Calendly experience
  • SAP SuccessFactors experience
Pay Rate- $27.59-$28.57/ hour
