JOB SUMMARY
Represent the Retail Experience Team by leading and facilitating Design Meetings with dealers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the Polaris Retail Experience Team and operate in the best interest of both Polaris and the dealer.
- Facilitate Design Meetings with the dealer & Process Displays (meeting outline & talk track will be provided)
- Review required PRE fixtures & ala carte options with the dealer.
- Using the Purchase Order Template (BOM), capture critical decisions from the dealer such as installation and financing.
- Review the components on the Purchase Order Template, answer any questions they may have, and modify per dealer’s feedback.
- Align on overall price of customized solution.
- Complete survey during the call on behalf of the dealer to gain acknowledgement of the dedicated space and completion of Design Meeting.
- Email updated Line Drawing & Purchase Order Template to dealer with meeting recap (email template will be provided)
- Bachelor’s degree required in business or an equivalent field, with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing
- 5 years relevant sales, marketing, retail merchandising or customer service experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Polaris Retail Experience sales process & solution benefits (will be included in training).
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation and consultative skills.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of how the POG and space management process work.
- Strong computer skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
