            <description><![CDATA[Our client,<strong> </strong>a bipartisan political action committee dedicated to supporting pro-Israel and pro-Jewish elected officials across Georgia is hiring an Operations & Events Manager.<br>

Office located in Atlanta/Sandy Springs, GA area.&nbsp;<br>
<br>
Hybrid work arrangement (onsite/remote) with frequent local (Greater Atlanta Area) travel including event-related errands and regular travel to the Georgia State Capitol during legislative session.<br>

<strong>About the Organization</strong><br>
A bipartisan political action committee that supports pro-Israel and pro-Jewish elected officials across Georgia. They work at the intersection of advocacy, community engagement, and political action â building lasting relationships between Georgiaâs Jewish community and its elected leaders. The organization is in an active growth phase, expanding its programs, donor base, and legislative agenda.<br>

<strong>Position Summary </strong><br>
The Operations & Events Manager is the operational backbone â the person who makes sure events happen flawlessly, data is accurate, systems work, and communications go out on time. <br>
Reports directly to the Executive Director and works in close coordination with PAC leadership and the Board of Directors.<br>

<br>
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>
<strong>Event and Program Management </strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Plan, organize, and execute programs from small strategic gatherings (~10 attendees) to large donor briefings and political events of 100+
&#9;<li>Manage all event logistics: venues, catering, invitations, RSVPs, signage, photography, and post-event follow-up; handle event-related errands including printing and supply runs 
&#9;<li>Prepare run-of-show documents; serve as on-site logistical lead during events 
&#9;<li>Serve as point of contact for guest speakers and elected official staffs, coordinate briefing materials with the ED and lobbying team 
&#9;<li>Maintain the program calendar; prepare agendas, briefing materials, and post-meeting summaries for ED review 
</ul>
<strong>Donor Operations & CRM Management </strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Maintain CRM data integrity and accuracy, including regular audits (HubSpot, CivicCRM, Salesforce, or similar) 
&#9;<li>Process pledge tracking, donation entry, and acknowledgment tasks in coordination with Democracy Engine
&#9;<li>Track contributions and expenditures in compliance with Georgia campaign finance law; support the Treasurer and Counsel with materials needed for financial reporting 
&#9;<li>Segment contact lists for communications and events; handle all donor and financial data with strict confidentiality
</ul>
<strong>Communications and Stakeholder Engagement </strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Draft donor acknowledgment letters, newsletters, event recaps, and announcements (Canva, Mailchimp) for ED review and approval
&#9;<li>Support donor outreach and relationship cultivation as directed by the ED; coordinate with designers and vendors on event materials 
&#9;<li>Manage the organizationâs photo, video, and press archives 4. Organizational Operations & Compliance 
&#9;<li>Manage the ED and Political Directorâs correspondence, scheduling, and travel logistics &bull; Prepare agendas, take Board meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions; generate regular operational reports 
&#9;<li>Maintain filing systems and records in compliance with state-level reporting requirements; proactively identify and address operational gaps
</ul>
<br>
<strong>&nbsp;Qualifications</strong><br>
<strong>&nbsp;Required</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>5+ years of experience in operations, event coordination, communications, or a related field 
&#9;<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting external-facing materials 
&#9;<li>Experience with CRM or donor databases; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and Mailchimp &nbsp;
&#9;<li>Experience in a small or start-up organization
&#9;<li>Valid driverâs license and reliable transportation; role involves as-needed local travel and regular Capitol visits during session 
&#9;<li>Availability for occasional evenings and early mornings in support of events 
</ul>
<br>
<strong>Preferred </strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Experience in a political or advocacy environment, and/or Jewish community organizations 
&#9;<li>Familiarity with Georgiaâs Jewish community and civic landscape 
&#9;<li>Comfort working directly with senior leadership and volunteer boards in a high-expectation environment 
</ul>
