&#9;<li>Support phased migration, parallel runs, QC checks of data/content/counts and cutover execution.
&#9;<li>Ensure send eligibility, suppression, and governance rules are preserved.
&#9;<li>Replace manual or ad-hoc sends with scalable automation where appropriate.

The Ecommerce Production Design Specialist is responsible for producing, editing, and resizing images and graphics to support the company and marketplace website product pages. They will lead both the creation and integration of visual and written content to drive traffic, conversion and revenue on all digital channels while following brand style guides and voice. The Color Mastering Specialist is responsible for ensuring visual color accuracy and material consistency across all A-surface materials. This role serves as the bridge between design intent and manufacturing reality validating color, gloss, texture, and finishes across multiple materials (paint, plastics, decals, fabrics, metals, vinyl) and suppliers. This individual will establish and manage standards, processes, and approvals for production-ready color matching, supporting premium product execution and brand consistency.<br>
