Consumer Sales Representative
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
As a Consumer Sales Representative, you will focus on consumer membership growth. This role requires a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining superior customer experience. In this role day-to-day, you will be actively calling, facilitating appointments, and selling to leads who have expressed interest in credit-based vehicle rental and adventure membership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage potential Members to expand the SELECT Membership program, including lead generation and sales closure.
- Participate in member retention activities to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Actively participate/lead sales team continuous improvement activities
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams and leadership to report on and manage daily operations.
- Deliver against sales/conversion targets and report on KPIs.
- 3-5+ years of field sales with retail sales and/or dealership sales experience and a proven track record
- 3-5+ years of sales administration, distribution, and customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Membership sales experience not required but strongly preferred.
- Analytical and sales-oriented – able to craft a strategic sell-in based on demonstrated profitability and productivity measures.
- Proficient in all MS Office software suites
- Proficiency in computer/software systems (ZenDesk suite of products a plus).
