Our client, a leading independent investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6+ month contract in Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX. This position is hybrid with one day onsite per week. Vaccination against Covid-19 is required for this position.
The Department
As a member of the NA Talent Acquisition team, you will be focused on supporting internal clients by sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent who are at their best in a culture of collaboration, diversity of thought and corporate citizenship.

In this role, you will be working closely with the internal hiring managers to deliver high quality candidates that fit both the job specifications and the company's culture. Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting within the Company; from sourcing, screening, selection to onboarding
- Partners with business leaders and hiring managers to understand and support the talent acquisition needs and to develop a multi-faceted recruitment strategy
- Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire and as workforce planning needs dictate.
- Develops complete and detailed search specifications, screening questionnaires, reasonable timeline, specific sourcing strategy and appropriate interview process
- Constantly participates in the new development of ongoing creative and efficient sourcing strategies
- Leverages LinkedIn Recruiter, other online resume databases and in-house applicant tracking system (TALEO) to identify and recruit the best candidates
- Participate in special projects/ recruiting initiatives as needed
Work Experience / Knowledge
- 3-5 years of Full Lifecycle Recruiting experience
- Experience in Consulting / Corporate recruiting required.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize while handling high volume of recruiting.
- Solid understanding of HR terminology, practices and their application as they pertain to the recruitment cycle (i.e. benefits, compensation).
- Must be detail oriented and self motivated with strong initiative and follow-through, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to successfully create and maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients.
