- Map and document current processes, identify opportunities in automation to drive quicker decision making
- Drive the implementation of the new pricing software
- Evaluate & summarize price tracking by channels and propose actions, together with commercial finance.
- Develop management reporting on price, volume, mix and price waterfall for all customer channels to create visibility on issues and drive top line improvement
- Analyze root causes and solve pricing problems
- Ad hoc profitability analysis of specific products and initiatives
- Support the pricing set-up (price waterfall) for all products in the product portfolio for each channel that is authorized to sell this set of products.
- Support the implementation of an analytical pricing tool
- Support the Integrated Business Planning process
- Provide regular pricing analysis to support monthly financial reporting
- Meet with all internal customers and sales teams face to face and promote company pricing strategy and governance as needed, maintaining a customer service attitude.
- Provide pricing training to the organization when needed.
- Provides business leadership with the goal of continuous process improvement
- Good understanding of Price Waterfall Analysis, must be able to work well with commercial team, and profitability analysis experience
- Software skills - pricing software implementation, must have advanced excel skills, and Power BI experience
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaborative solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems and articulate features and benefits to appropriate management audiences
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to adjust/react quickly to changes and changing priorities
- College degree required, preference for business or engineering
