Brand Marketing and Communications Manager
Job Description
This role is based in based in Midtown Atlanta, so candidates must be local. A hybrid work schedule is offered.
Role Overview: As the company’s Brand Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be essential in the ideation and execution of the company’s integrated and communications marketing plan. This role requires a strategic, energetic, and creative thinker with experience in brand campaigns, partnerships, content and thought leadership, external communications, and more.
How You'll Make a Difference: You will be vital to the short- and long-term health of the business, adeptly telling the company’s story across traditional and digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the steward of the brand, helping to shape and communicate the vision, as well as translate the brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies that increase awareness and protect the company’s strong reputation. You will deeply understand the behavior of the target audience(s) and act as their advocate.
Reporting to the Marketing Leader, you will lead the evolution of  brand strategy and positioning—ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints, staying on top of consumer trends and competitor activity, extending external media presence, and owning the brand narrative.

Key Responsibilities:Â
- Work closely with the marketing and leadership team to implement projects and ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals
- Daily, active management of the website, social media accounts, and branding initiatives
- Own the promotional and content calendar, coordinating planning processes and timelines both within and outside of the marketing team
- Lead development of new content for videos, photography, influencers, etc.
- Support creation of presentations, packaging, and other retail materials (i.e., trade show booth)
- Source and liaise with external partners to drive successful, large scale marketing initiatives
- Problem solve and make decisions with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve results.
Required Education and Experience:Â Â
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related fieldÂ
- 4+ years of progressive experience in communications, brand marketing, and/or social media activation, with a track record of driving successful campaigns
- Established experience in multi-channel content marketing and execution of integrated campaigns
- Exceptional writing skills with prior experience in social media, blog posts, and email. Ad campaign content is a plus but not required.
- Strong track record in media relations, PR, and partnerships
- Experience in content publishing and measurement (website platforms, social, etc.) ideally with a basic or greater understanding of SEO
- Event and trade show experience a plus
- Knowledge of brand marketing and consumer funnel measurement a plus

- E-commerce experience is a plus

Base Salary $75,000-$90,000. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.
