Day-to-day, this position entails:
- Scheduling client meetings across multiple advisors
- Preparing and processing custodian paperwork
- Acting as custodian liaison troubleshooting and resolving issues and discrepancies while seeking platform enhancements
- Providing billing and client administrative support
- Executing client workflows using designated CRM and reporting platforms
- Serving as Office Administrator back up support when necessary
To be successful in this position, you should demonstrate:
- Strong organizational skills, interest, and aptitude
- Strong attention to detail resulting in executing work with consistency, thoroughness, and accuracy
- Experience with custodian paperwork, ideally Charles Schwab
- Experience with CRM and reporting systems, ideally Advisor Engine and Tamarac
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- The capacity to prioritize workflows and manage deadlines
- The ability to work efficiently, compassionately, and collaboratively in a team-based setting
- The ability to be flexible to pitch in and pivot
- A bachelor’s degree
- At least three to five years of post?undergraduate experience
Annual base salary range: $60,000 - $70,000. Discretionary Bonus tied to firm and individual performance.
Compensation may vary depending on qualifications including, without limitation, job-related education, training, experience, licensure and certification, which could result in a level outside of this range.Â
