Job Description
Summary
 Looking for motivated candidates who have a passion for forging relationships with both clients and colleagues to create an exceptional client service and work experience. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for organization, coordination, and accuracy along with the ability to forward think and focus on details while being curious and empathetic toward both colleagues and clients.
Day-to-Day
- Coordinating and assisting multiple advisors with client support needs
- Responding to client requests
- Preparing client custodian paperwork and working with our dedicated service team
- Executing various client workflows including, but not limited to, on- boarding, off-boarding, and billing using designated CRM and reporting platforms.
- Scheduling client meetings across multiple advisors
- Working with colleagues across a variety of assignments and/or projects
- Providing back up support for operational roles when necessary
- Experience in a financial service client support role at an RIA or family office is ideal.
- Familiarity with financial terms and situations is helpful but not required.
- Strong organizational skills, interest, and aptitude
- Strong attention to detail resulting in executing work with consistency, thoroughness, and accuracy.
- Experience with CRM and reporting systems, ideally Junxure and Tamarac
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- The capacity to prioritize workflows and manage deadlines.
- The ability to work efficiently, compassionately, and collaboratively in a team-based setting.
- The ability to be flexible to pitch in and pivot.
- A bachelor’s degree
- At least three to five years of post? undergraduate experience
