Job Description
This role will perform sales support functions within the sales organization to verify information and submit new merchant applications for business to the underwriting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, data entry skills, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Merchants via phone calls and email to receive and enter all information for completion of processing Merchant applications
- Act as communication liaison between Sales, Underwriting, and the Merchant
- Prepare contracts for Merchant's review and signature
- Prepare and submit completed packages to Underwriting
- Communicate with Merchant’s when additional information is required by Underwriting, and work to resolve PendsÂ
- Act as Application process subject matter expert for the sales organization
- Ensures the integrity of client information is maintained in the database systems
- Focuses on customer needs and communicates with Senior Sales Support staff and management.
- Maintain Knowledge Base Tools, including a CRM
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the leadership of the team
- Professional and clear communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technology and priorities
- Strong ability to analyze information and use logicÂ

- Proficient computer skills
- Minimum High School education or Equivalent
- 0-2 years of customer service experience
