Job Description

Our client, a growing engineering firm, is seeking a Client Engagement Associate (CEA) for their Nashville, TN office. This new role will be full-time, onsite, with benefits.

  • Provide administrative support to Client Engagement Manager and supporting team.
  • Maintain/ assist with project lifecycle from initial scoping to close.
  • Manage/ maintain evidence storage.
  • Assist with office operations.
  • Setup and maintain assignments in company project management software.
  • Administrative duties include filing, copying, scanning, binding, etc.
  • Heavy calendar management/ coordination of travel to support team
  • Prepare and maintain field and office equipment.
  • Process evidence and periodically update evidence storage.
  • Ensure all client needs are met over the phone and during in-office visits.
  • General administrative duties
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of related experience (administration, customer relations, project management, problem solving, etc.)
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent Communication Skills- verbal and written.
  • Very organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work in both team settings and independently.
  • Experience with the legal industry, law firms, insurance firms is strongly preferred.
Base Salary $55,000-$60,000. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.
