Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Client Engagement Manager and supporting team.
- Maintain/ assist with project lifecycle from initial scoping to close.
- Manage/ maintain evidence storage.
- Assist with office operations.
- Setup and maintain assignments in company project management software.
- Administrative duties include filing, copying, scanning, binding, etc.
- Heavy calendar management/ coordination of travel to support team
- Prepare and maintain field and office equipment.
- Process evidence and periodically update evidence storage.
- Ensure all client needs are met over the phone and during in-office visits.
- General administrative duties
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of related experience (administration, customer relations, project management, problem solving, etc.)
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Communication Skills- verbal and written.
- Very organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work in both team settings and independently.
- Experience with the legal industry, law firms, insurance firms is strongly preferred.
