Communications / Marketing Associate
Job Description
This role supports the administration requests from Communications Consultants in support of Institutional / Education clients and plan participants. A focus on acquiring, developing, educating, and retaining clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Supports Incoming requests from internal communication consultants which may include:
- Help in setting up webinars
- Updating client flyers
- Editing communication documents and working with compliance on approvals
- Update microsites as needed
- Will receive various requests from internal business partners and stakeholders
- Establishes and maintains strong working relationships and collaboration with sales organization and business partners.
- Understands departmental measurements and KPIs based on overall business goals.
- Provides tactical and custom marketing support aligned with Client marketing support model in partnership with functional areas of marketing.
- Responsible for supporting lifecycle marketing campaigns
- University (Degree) in Marketing or Communications strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience required; 5+ years preferred
- Highly organized, detail oriented, fast paced and tech savvy person.
- Presentation skills a plus (Zoom webinars, etc)!
- Technical skills to include:
- PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, Word
- Zoom - for webinars
- Workfront - preferred
- Norm AI - preferred
- Seismic - preferred
