Job Description
Our client, a leader in the power sports industry, is seeking an experienced Consumer Sales Representative for a 6+ month contract assignment in Plymouth, MN. This role is hybrid with 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Job Summary:
As a Consumer Sales Representative, you will focus on selling program and/or products to acquire quality partners in target markets. This role requires a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a superior customer experience. In this role day-to-day, you will be actively calling, facilitating appointments, and selling to leads who have expressed interest in a the program or products through fleet sales.

Job Summary:
As a Consumer Sales Representative, you will focus on selling program and/or products to acquire quality partners in target markets. This role requires a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a superior customer experience. In this role day-to-day, you will be actively calling, facilitating appointments, and selling to leads who have expressed interest in a the program or products through fleet sales.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential prospects to expand the program and/or fleet sales, including lead generation and sales closure.
- Set expectation for program sales and hand off to onboarding and account management team with all expectations met.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence, and provide regular reports to the management team
- Actively participate/lead sales team continuous improvement activities
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams and leadership to report on and manage daily operations.
- Deliver against sales/conversion targets and report on KPIs
- 3-5+ years of field sales with retail sales and/or dealership sales experience and a proven track record
- 3-5+ years of sales administration, distribution, and customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Program and product sales experience not required but strongly preferred.
- Analytical and sales-oriented – able to craft a strategic sell-in based on demonstrated profitability and productivity measures
- Proficient in all MS Office software suites
- Proficiency in computer/software systems and adaptability to company management systems.
