JOB SUMMARY
As a Customer Experience Representative, you are responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will be a part of an elite team of professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the customer’s experience is positive and memorable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide timely customer service responses
- Follow customer support guidelines as established by customer experience supervisor
- Answering customer inquiries, diagnoses and resolves customer issues
- Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, email, chat, or in person
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints
- Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
- Maintaining a sound understanding and adherence to the quality policies
- Must be proficient or able to learn the use of Netsuite ERP system
- Be a knowledge expert with the products and provide product information
- Work closely with other departments including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer needs are being met and products are being developed in a customer centric manner
- Open/close procedures for retail space
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION
- High School degree or equivalent education required
- 1-3 years of customer service or related experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including active listening
- Proven initiative and creative approaches to problem solving
- Adapt quickly to new systems and processes
- MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Â
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Responsibilities may require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.

- Inside work with no exposure to weather conditions.
- Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.
- Ability to visually verify information, locate and inspect merchandise.
