Customer Service Rep
Job Description
This resource will be responsible for answering these customer questions online in a timely manner in order to help with the backlog and current incoming questions that have been submitted.
In order to answer the customer questions, the contractors will be either researching the answers, reaching out directly to the product's vendor and engaging the vendor community. Once the answer is obtained, they will draft and answer and post it directly online.
Must Have:
- 2-3 years in Customer service
- Must be Articulate in words and writing as they will be typing and creating all
- responses
- Ability to analyze data and trends in questions across brands or categories
- Attention to detail (grammar)
- Ability to research and be resourceful
- Experience with excel
Pay Rate $20.07 - $21.43 per hour
