• Run regular check-ins, business reviews, and health assessments with operational and executive stakeholders
• Monitor account health, usage patterns, and risk indicators using internal tools and analytics
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their goals and aligning product capabilities accordingly
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure customer feedback influences roadmap and service delivery
• Build and document repeatable success plans and playbooks to scale the customer experience
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives such as help center articles, webinars, and training videos
• Help shape the culture, tools, and operations of the Customer Success department
Requirements and Preferred Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing SaaS role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both operational users and executive stakeholders
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
• Comfortable using data and tools (e.g., CRM, CS platforms) to track engagement and drive actions
• Experience supporting property management, real estate, or operations-driven teams is a plus
• A bias for action, natural curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvementÂ
