Job Duties
- Own POS hardware distribution and setup workflows
- Ensure the organization is fully leveraging support technology across the organizationÂ
- Identify opportunities to refine/build new workflows that will scale as the company continues to rapidly grow its customer base
- Work with product, engineering and marketing to increase customer self-service options to drive satisfaction
- Lead and mentor a team of customer support professionals and managers that support our customers 24/7
- Collaborate across customer facing teams to optimize customer experience
- Monitor and analyze company-wide operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Create thorough yet concise documentation around key internal processes and new product offerings
- Prepare and present reports on operational KPIs to senior management.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure the organization is maximizing utility and minimizing costs
Requirements
- History of building and managing successful teams
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to perform planning and execution of initiatives
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and precise with strong analytical skills
- Creative problem solver with sound business judgment
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Self-starter - independently initiates and drives projects toward completion
- BS from a 4-year college or university
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in technology
- Experience managing customer support teams is a plus
- Experience in the Payments or Logistics industries is a plus
