JOB SUMMARY
The eCommerce Marketplace Associate is responsible for listing, pictures, and customer service for new and used apparel. Assist in building and growing the KLIM brand on eBay marketplace. Work on creating compelling listings that will attract attention and sell the products. Help customers understand KLIM gear features and benefits by providing industry leading customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
- Maintain high quality listings.
- Take pictures of Klim products
- Overseeing the eCommerce inventory
- Answer customer inquiries
- Learn product details.
- Leverage current trends and best practices of SEO.
- Other Marketing duties as assigned.
- High School degree required; pursuit of Marketing/Photography degree preferred.
- Experience and understanding of photography skills.
- Experience with Microsoft suite, primarily Excel
- Quality communication and collaboration skills
- Familiar with SEO trends preferred.

- Physically able to lift 35 pounds on a consistent basis.
