Facilities Coordinator

Requirements
- Any Administrative experience- project coordinator, admin assistant etc.
- Great organization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Positive personality, ability to work alongside a team
- Someone comfortable to learn different systems and curious about systems used
- Technically savvy to learn their CMMS platform
- Previous experience with a CMMS platform, specifically Service Channel
- Facilities background would be great but is not necessary as they won't be handling quotes or anything along those lines
- Most all work will be in Service Channel (facilities platform), SAP (accounting platform), Teams, and email/phone
- Processing invoices
- Processing reimbursables
- System Admin: setting up new locations, adjusting lease dates, managing DM assignments
- Pulling and providing ad-hoc reporting to the team
- Answering Help Desk questions
- Communicating with vendor partners – new vendor setup, system compliance, invoice questions, etc.
