Job Description

Our client, a leading independent investment management firm, is seeking an experienced AI Program Manager for a 7+ month contract in Atlanta, GA. This role is hybrid, onsite 4 days per week. 

Job Purpose
The AI Program Manager is accountable for the secure, compliant implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot, with a strong focus on Copilot Studio and agent led solutions, within a regulated enterprise environment.

The role ensures AI capabilities are governed, auditable, and responsibly deployed, while driving organization wide capability uplift through structured training, learning, and adoption programs. Operating across business, technology, risk, and compliance functions, the role balances innovation with control to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio programs, from controlled use case prioritization through deployment and scaled adoption
  • Own the design, build, and lifecycle management of Copilot Studio agents and agentic workflows, ensuring compliance, traceability, and alignment to enterprise standards
  • Embed AI governance, data protection, security, risk, and model oversight controls into all Copilot and agent deployments, in close partnership with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Security teams
  • Establish and deliver structured training, learning, and enablement programs to support safe, effective, and consistent Copilot and agent usage across the organization
  • Design role-based learning pathways (e.g. leaders, users, makers, control partners) covering responsible AI use, agent interaction, escalation, and operating models
  • Drive change and adoption programs, ensuring Copilot Studio agents are embedded into approved business processes rather than used in an uncontrolled or ad hoc manner
  • Manage program plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, and benefits realization, with explicit focus on adoption quality and control effectiveness
  • Act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders and governance forums, providing clear, risk aware reporting on progress, issues, and value
  • Define and track usage, adoption, control, and value metrics for Copilot and agent led solutions
Work Experience/Skills/Knowledge
Essential
  • Proven delivery of complex technology or AI projects/programs in large, regulated enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent-based AI solutions, including associated risk and control considerations
  • Demonstrable experience working with risk, compliance, legal, security, and data governance frameworks
  • Experience designing and delivering training, learning, and adoption programmes for new technology or AI capabilities
  • Ability to translate complex AI and agent concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical and control stakeholders
Desirable
  • Experience with agentic workflows, low code AI platforms, or automation in controlled environments
  • Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries

Pay Rate $103.07 - $105.07
