Financial Analyst
Job Description
Performs a variety of financial and metric activities, including financial analysis, asset administration, general ledger, budgeting, expenditure approvals, variance reporting, cost center management, monthly financial and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial accounting principles. Develops and maintains financial and performance information, analysis on expenditures, and projections and analysis of financial information and prepares summary reports for management. Utilizes financial systems, databases, software including exporting and importing files into databases to perform outlined duties.

- Skills / Knowledge - Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Systems - MS Suite (Access, Excel, Word), Hyperion, Smartview
- Job Complexity - Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Supervision - Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
- Desired skill: Building databases in Access
Education
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: Related field of study from an accredited university is required
- Typically, Minimum 5 Years Relevant Experience
Pay rate $31.12 - $33.12 per hour
