Job Description

Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant for a 6+ month contract assignment in New York, NY.

Fully on-site, 5 days/week.

This role provides essential support to company Executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary administrative contact for Executives, supporting multiple advisors, senior staff, and external agencies.
  • Manage daily Executive operations including meeting arrangements, travel, and expense processing.
  • Maintain Executive calendars, contact lists, and provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
  • Coordinate office functions such as inventory management, space scheduling, event planning, and document processing.
  • Act as a liaison between Executives and internal departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong receptionist and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, client-facing demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Collaborative team player, able to cover and support colleagues as needed.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Fully on-site, 5 days/week.
Experience:
  • 2+ years preferred.
Pay Rate: $37.50 – $39.50/hour
