Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Fully on-site, 5 days/week.
This role provides essential support to company Executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary administrative contact for Executives, supporting multiple advisors, senior staff, and external agencies.
- Manage daily Executive operations including meeting arrangements, travel, and expense processing.
- Maintain Executive calendars, contact lists, and provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
- Coordinate office functions such as inventory management, space scheduling, event planning, and document processing.
- Act as a liaison between Executives and internal departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Strong receptionist and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, client-facing demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Collaborative team player, able to cover and support colleagues as needed.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Fully on-site, 5 days/week.
- 2+ years preferred.
