Job Description
Summary
Strengthen the global dealer network by developing engaging online training courses for all roles. Curriculum includes Service Technician Certification, Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations. Provide project management and content design consulting to guide internal customer’s requests for training creation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Instructional Design, eLearning Course Development, and Implementation
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to analyze training needs and define program objectives.
- Interview Subject Matter Experts and quickly synthesize information into chapters.
- Create and maintain interactive and engaging eLearning courses.
- Structure courses to integrate seamlessly with software and LMS.
- Evaluate program and course performance and continuously improve.
- Utilize ADDIE or SAM project management methodologies to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Successfully bring deliverables in on time and within budget
- Influence without authority to keep projects on track and on brand.
- Create communication and change management plans for project implementation and delivery.
- Ensure all deliverables meet a consistently high standard.
- Improve and enhance course development processes.
- 1+ years of experience developing technical online learning courses for a global audience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Consider global perspectives when developing training.
- Multi-task and manage competing priorities to meet goals.
- Make decisions while following best practices and upholding organizational values.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the following software:
- Articulate Storyline 2 and 360, including Rise.
- Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point
- Adobe Creative Cloud including Captivate, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Premier and Audition
- Working knowledge of adult learning theories, ADDIE project management methodology, and instructional design best practices
- LMS experience, Latitude Learning a plus
