Inventory Project Assistant
Job Description
Our client, a leader in the power sports industry, is seeking an experienced Inventory Project Assistant for a 6+ month contract assignment in Wyoming, MN. This role is fully onsite working Mon-Fri from 8-5.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares and composes correspondence, communications, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
- Data Processing and inventory management via inventory software systems.
- Create vehicle ship requests.
- Posting and processing vehicle sales.
- Co-ordinates on/off-site meetings, luncheons, dinners, and conference calls.
- Receives and assists visitors and callers and refers to the appropriate person in a professional manner.
- Arranges business itineraries and coordinates travel requirements.
- Schedules appointments, meetings and maintains office calendars.
- Assist with setting up events and rides.
- Assist with CMV Fleet Management tasks, mileage compensations, reservations, & maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Additional education/training preferred.
- 2+ years of directly related work experience required.
- Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage several projects at one time.
- Advanced PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Power BI experience a big plus, not required.
- Customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay Rate: $27.00- $29.00/hour
