LMS Product Manager
Job Description
Day to Day:
- Translates long-term business objectives into actionable technology product strategy and an implementation roadmap for Mobile and Web LMS solutions.
- Act as primary relationship owner for learning technology stakeholders across the enterprise but primarily in Human Resources, Retails Operations to ensure technology strategies and solutions meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
- Works with the key stake holders on product goals, roadmap, forecasts, and backlog prioritization with Team Member satisfaction as a key business lever.
- Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization of learning technology solutions, including internal and external learning use cases and requirements.
- Manage relationships with technology partners and vendors, ensuring the team delivers value, and comply with security, compliance and privacy standards.
- Identifies user needs through business process analysis and industry best practices, defines requirements, UX designs and guides cross functional team to deliver programs successfully using Agile framework.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to learning records and compliance data and systems.
- Experienced at management communication and presentation skills, skilled at influencing relationships with internal business customers at senior management level.
- Strong understanding of enterprise learning processes and regulations, data privacy standards, and IT delivery process.
- Excellent project management, change management, and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on using data to drive business decisions.
- Ability to lead and develop a matrixed team in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- 6+ years of Product experience in learning/LMS technology or Information Technology.
- 6+ years of experience related to IT implementations and management.
- Experience and deep understanding of enterprise IT from business, technology, and operational perspectives, knowledgeable of ITIL, Waterfall and Agile Framework .
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing learning technology solutions that improve employee experiences and operational efficiency.
