Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
Day to Day
Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team in support of securing and hiring talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinates interview scheduling on behalf of recruiters.
- Supports interview and screening of Customer Solutions Center and other entry level applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, and the ability to fit into the organization and function effectively. Communicate company culture, values, and job requirements to candidates.
- Create, post and maintain job requisitions in applicant tracking system according to outlined process.
- Coordinate weekly new hire emails to new hires and managers in advance of upcoming hire date.
- Ensures all new hire processes are complete for each candidate. Monitors new hires in the applicant tracking system to ensure all paperwork is completed. Follow up with applicants to complete the hiring process in the recruiting management software.
- Utilize applicant tracking system to analyze and report on available recruiting metrics.
- Troubleshoot system errors within the applicant tracking system.
- Run applicant tracking system reports as requested by the recruiting team.
- Assist in sourcing passive candidates in times of high volume or as necessitated by business objectives.
- Assist in leading new hire orientation alongside HR Generalists
- Assist with Monthly Team Meetings and team events across the TAB team
- May assist with project work as needed and depending on available capacity
- Work with travel vendor to coordinate the travel for out-of-town candidates. Coordinate the payment and reimbursement of travel expenses and the recruiting house account (add from other job description)
- Submit invoices and team payments to Accounts Payable for processing
- One year of general office or business experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking software preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in human resources or business preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
