Job Description

Our client, a dynamic and expanding B2B Marketing Firm headquartered in Atlanta, is seeking experienced leaders with experience in RevOps, Lead Generation and Client Services to oversee marketing, account management and client relationships. The ideal candidate for this role has past growth marketing experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS and/or agency setting and can apply those skills to enhance their team’s performance and client value.

Must reside in the Atlanta Metro area and be within a reasonable commuting distance to Midtown for onsite work 1–2 days per week.

As a successful Director of Marketing, your primary responsibilities include the following:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of B2B growth marketers who are responsible for delivering qualified leads to clients via omni-channel campaigns. Setting the strategy and overseeing the execution of demand generation tactics including content syndication, email, paid and organic social, and marketing operations/analytics across the company. Reporting to VP’s of the accounts you are assigned.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Oversee refinement of marketing attribution models, and continually analyze the effectiveness of all demand-generating marketing channels to determine which efforts to scale or adjust to maximize client ROI.
  • Marketing Systems: Drive Marketing Operations via in-depth Hubspot integrations, as well as new marketing technologies that will improve our marketing reach and efficiency.
  • Client Management: Serve as the client facing representative for the team under your management overseeing account profitability and key deliverables at every stage of the customer journey. Supporting new business pitches, on-boarding, client retention and growth opportunities.
  • Org Planning & Development: Collaborate with the VP team of the clients/team you manage to plan team P&L via effective forecasting, staff planning, training, performance management and development.
  • Expert level knowledge of ABM marketing and relevant tech stacks.

What we’re looking for:
  • 5 -10+ years B2B marketing experience with foundation in ABM methodology.
  • Proven leadership within a B2B marketing agency, along with practiced experience consulting on effective RevOps strategy and tactics.
  • Player-coach mentality is a must, as there will be lots of hands-on work while leading, motivating and developing team members.  
  • Proven ability and willingness to execute all levels of marketing activities
  • Strong executive presence and communications skills to support both internal teams and C-suite client relationships.
  • In-depth experience with Marketing Automation and ABM tools is required.
  • Experience in the supply chain industry is a bonus but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity combined with big-picture thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills. We are in high-growth and require someone who can build along the way.
