National Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Summary
The National Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for writing creative briefs, handling follow-ups, answering buyers questions, attending meetings and taking notes/reporting back on notes, coordinating photo shoots, etc. This person will be an interactive member of the team, and this is not a behind-the-desk job. They should be well spoken and organized.
Day to Day
- Help coordinate tasks daily with internal departments & 3rd parties to ensure flawless execution of National Marketing Events, PR Initiatives and Programs not related to specific product categories
- Coordinate and implement “marketing request forms,” coupon set-up, insertion orders, invoices, kitting lists, etc. for a variety of marketing projects on an ongoing basis
- Compile and manage project timelines and task lists
- Proofread marketing and presentation materials for messaging and accuracy
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree, prefer 1-3 years’ work experience in project management of marketing programs, preferably in a retail marketing environment
- Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered
- Demonstrate effective project management, organization, communication and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding attention to detail, timelines and deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external partners
- Ability to effectively communicate, interact, and build relationships to support store network.
- Demonstrated skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with Asana
- Experience in Tableau
- Any Campaign Marketing experience
- Adobe experience
