It serves as a catalyst for collaboration by connecting executives, entrepreneurs, investors, companies, and public agencies to Israeli technologies through delegations, partnerships, and networking.  Their mission is to drive mutual growth, foster technological collaboration, and reinforce the strategic Georgia–Israel relationship across key industries.
Position Overview
The Business Programs & Events manager is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for executing core business programs, events, and engagement initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role sits at the intersection of business development, marketing, and international engagement.
The ideal candidate is a strong executor who can independently manage events, business programs, marketing campaigns, and stakeholder coordination. This role requires hands-on ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to interact confidently with executives, investors, government officials, and international partners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Programs & Market Engagement
- Conduct market research on Georgia and Israeli industry sectors to identify trade, innovation, and partnership opportunities.
- Support bilateral business engagement by preparing company profiles, briefing materials, and background research for introductions and meetings.
- Assist in managing ongoing relationships with companies, investors, and ecosystem partners on both sides.
Marketing & Communications
- Plan, draft, and execute newsletters, email campaigns, and program marketing materials.
- Maintain and manage the CRM, tracking inbound inquiries, delegation interest, and engagement status.
- Own stakeholder list management, segmentation, and targeted outreach to ensure effective communication and campaign performance.
- Coordinate light design and content production using tools such as Canva and Mailchimp.
Events & Delegations
- Independently plan and execute business-focused events including executive roundtables, networking receptions, briefings, and seminars.
- Manage logistics for visiting Israeli delegations and Georgia-based trade missions, including venues, vendors, catering, registration, and on-site coordination.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact during events and missions.
Executive & Program Operations
- Manage scheduling and coordination for high-level meetings involving the Executive Director, including international calls and stakeholder engagements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics related to programs, events, and missions.
- Ensure seamless execution across all programs with a strong focus on timelines, accuracy, and stakeholder experience.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in program management, events, marketing, operations, or executive support in a business or nonprofit environment.
- Proven ability to operate as an individual contributor managing multiple projects end-to-end.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce polished, professional materials.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
- Flexibility to work occasional early mornings or evenings for events.
- Experience in international business, economic development, trade organizations, or business associations.
- Familiarity with Georgia’s business ecosystem and or Israel-related business activity.
- Prior experience working with senior executives, government officials, or international stakeholders.
- Exposure to the Jewish communal or pro-Israel organizational ecosystem.

Salary $70,000 - $85,000. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.
