Job Description

Our client, a water technology provider, is seeking an Operations Clerk for a 6+ month contract opportunity located in northern Houston, TX. This role is hybrid. The candidate must be onsite for training and  available to come onsite for meetings as needed.  

Day to day:
  • Quotes annual renewal pricing to customers and follow up consistently with the status of their purchase orders, like a collection’s person working through resolution of payment.
  • Consistently follows up with customer regarding their purchase orders.
  • Performs a variety of office and administrative tasks in support of the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager.
  • Proposes measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or services, and suggests changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
Skills need:
  • Must have professional work experience, administrative/customer service support representative skills
  • Must have a 4 year degree
  • Strong computer skills
  • Client facing experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organization skills is key
  • Professional in verbal communication and written skills and isn’t afraid to independently make calls
  • Need someone savvy with excel, word, outlook, PDF
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Must have reliable, strong Wifi connection (can work FT at the office otherwise)
  • SAP knowledge is a plus. Site will hold a 1 - week training session, worker must take SAP test in order to stay on the job. The test is only offered once.
Pay Rate- $15.37- $25.61/hour
