Job Description
Day to day:
- Quotes annual renewal pricing to customers and follow up consistently with the status of their purchase orders, like a collection’s person working through resolution of payment.
- Consistently follows up with customer regarding their purchase orders.
- Performs a variety of office and administrative tasks in support of the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager.
- Proposes measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or services, and suggests changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
- Must have professional work experience, administrative/customer service support representative skills
- Must have a 4 year degree
- Strong computer skills
- Client facing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Organization skills is key
- Professional in verbal communication and written skills and isn’t afraid to independently make calls
- Need someone savvy with excel, word, outlook, PDF
- Resolve customer issues
- Must have reliable, strong Wifi connection (can work FT at the office otherwise)
- SAP knowledge is a plus. Site will hold a 1 - week training session, worker must take SAP test in order to stay on the job. The test is only offered once.
