Operations Coordinator
Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing software boutique dedicated to creating innovative solutions and digital products. As they continue to scale, they're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the CEO. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is eager for professional growth. This role is located in Suwanee, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual interviews with prospective employees, initial talent screenings, corporate LinkedIn account, and communications with talent search firms
- Onboarding New Hires: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, coordinating workspace setup, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Office Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day office management, including administrative activities across several office functions and vendor management.
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating various projects as needed by the CEO ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Data Management: Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, such as meetings, workshops, team-building activities, and celebrations.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or project coordination, problem solving role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ideally has exposure to Canva, Adobe CS, or other creative software technologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work in both team settings and individually.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
- Disposition: Proactive, high energy, adaptable, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Base Salary $60,000 to $65,000. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.
