Job Description

Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced People Services and Solutions Specialist – People Data for a 6+ month contract assignment located in Charlotte, NC. This role is fully onsite.

Job Duties
  • Transactional/Administrative: Performs transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes in Workday and  also in payroll/time and attendance system (Kronos/UKG)
  • Document Management: Delivers digital and physical record and document management services within Workday
  • HR Reporting: Provides support in HR functional reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis through development and maintenance of reports regarding HR metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar domain
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least intermediate knowledge of the systems used in particular HR area: Workday, ServiceNOW, UKG Pro and Kronos, etc.
  • Proficiency Excel and PowerBI, in line with the functional scope.
  • Very good understanding of entire Employee Lifecycle processes for white and blue collars environment
  • Experience in execution of People Data Processes
  • Experience in application of various HR tools (Case Management, HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Workday or equivalent tools

Pay Range: $22.67-$28.32/ hour
