Change Coordinator
Job Description
The Change Coordinator manages Enterprise Change Requests (ECRs) from start to finish, ensuring accurate engineering data updates and clear communication across teams. This role focuses on change management and project coordination, not product design.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage ECRs through the full approval and implementation process using PLM tools (Windchill preferred)
- Lead weekly change meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams
- Support engineering data accuracy, part lifecycle updates, and documentation
- Follow up on projects and products in the factory as needed (up to 2x per week; PPE required)
- Previous Change Coordinator experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong project management and change management experience
- Hands-on experience with PLM systems; Windchill highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Exposure to engineering documentation, BOMs, or manufacturing environments
- Experience working with cross-functional or global teams
Pay Rate- $38.00- $40.00/hour Â
