Job Description
Must Haves
- 1-3 years of experience in any of the following roles
- General Accountant, Project Admin, Project Coordinator, Admin Assistant, or similar fields
- Experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel
- Power BI experience
- Background in construction
- Experience working with SAP, Ariba, or Workfront
- Data Entry
- Invoice processing and Pay Application processing (GC Invoices)
- Receive an average of 30-40 invoices/day = 10,000+/- per year
- Manage a budget of more than $300,000,000.00/year for over 200+ projects annually. Support 15 project managers in the field – who travel every week Tues - Thurs
- Basic accounting processes and interpretation
- Writing Contracts
- Document filing (electronically)
- Receive and file GC Bid Documents (this requires Excel skills)
- General documentation
- Contracts
- Change Orders
- Certificates of Occupancy
- Permits
- Architectural Drawings
- Address Notifications
- Approval letters
- Landlord/Developer Communications
- GC Communication
- Project Schedules / GC Schedules
- Photos of job site progress
