JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the project coordination of the Off-Road Channel Marketing programs primarily demand, digital, and co-op programs. Owning end-to-end workflow - creating project plans, driving timelines, and coordinating work across internal and external partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the coordinator of dealer websites, demand and co-op programs, and managing day-to-day relationships with agency partners and field sales team
- Create project plans, master tracker and timelines. Coordinate reviews and approvals. Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure program delivery.
- Manage multiple parallel efforts with attention to detail.
- Facilitate problem-solving and issue resolution with dealers in a timely and responsive manner.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager, providing proactive status updates to keep the cross-functional team (Marketing, Sales, Dealers) informed at all phases of the programs.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (Project Coordination/Management, Marketing, or related field)
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of executional excellence, organization, accountability, and relationship building to deliver results
- Self-motivated, proactive, with the ability to make rapid adjustments in response to business needs
