Job Description
Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a Promotions Analyst for a 12 month contract position in Brentwood, TN. This role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite.
Seeking a Digital Site Operations Analyst to support day-to-day promotional operations for a high-volume eCommerce platform. This individual will play a critical role in configuring, validating, testing, and monitoring online promotions to ensure a seamless customer experience during key selling periods, including holiday and peak promotional events.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting eCommerce promotions, product catalogs, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns. This role requires a strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and hands-on experience working within promotional management platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Pay Rate- $24.14- $25.00/ hour

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain promotional campaigns within the company's eCommerce platform.
- Validate promotional setups, pricing, discounts, and offer eligibility prior to deployment.
- Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure promotions function correctly across the website.
- Generate operational and performance reports related to site promotions and customer engagement.
- Troubleshoot promotional issues and partner with technical teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support holiday and high-volume promotional events to ensure successful execution.
- Review product SKUs, categories, and promotional groupings to verify proper configurations.
- Monitor how promotions interact with one another, including stacking rules, exclusions, and pricing impacts.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, digital commerce, and technology teams to support promotional launches.
- Identify risks proactively and escalate issues impacting the customer experience.
- Assist with incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking for customer-facing issues.
- 2+ years of experience supporting eCommerce operations, digital merchandising, or site operations.
- Experience configuring and managing online promotions.
- Hands-on experience with a promotional management platform.
- Experience testing and validating promotional campaigns before production release.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce product catalogs, SKUs, categories, pricing, and discounts.
- Experience generating and analyzing reports related to website performance or promotional activity.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
