Job Description

Our client, a leader in the power sports industry, is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 6 month contract assignment. This role is fully remote, but candidate must be able to work according to Eastern or Central time zone hours.

Position Overview:
As a Contract Recruiter, you will support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions, including IT, engineering, and business roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and drive the recruitment processes from intake through offer acceptance. This role requires ownership of multiple requisitions while maintaining accurate recruiting data and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a compelling opportunity to gain in-house recruiting exposure across a broad range of roles while contributing directly to business-critical hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for approximately 15 requisitions across multiple functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and establish sourcing approaches.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies, including direct outreach through LinkedIn Recruiter and review of applicant pipelines.
  • Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear, concise recommendations.
  • Coordinate the interview processes in partnership with the recruiting operations team, including scheduling support and panel interview facilitation.
  • Facilitate post-interview debrief discussions that enable hiring managers to make confident, informed hiring decisions.
  • Create and deliver offers in partnership with HR, ensuring recommendations are aligned with role and business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within Workday ATS.
  • Drive consistent, high-quality recruiting process to contribute to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience; agency recruiting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes and deliver highly qualified hires.
  • Skilled at sourcing and recruiting for technical (IT) roles.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred.
  • Practical experience using candidate sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Pay Rate- $33.22- $35.22/hour
