JOB SUMMARY
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist plays a key role in helping the business achieve their hiring objectives through the recommendation and execution of recruitment marketing strategies. One of the fastest-growing areas of the business brings residents in multi-dwelling properties, like apartments and condominiums as well as single family communities, into the network. The Recruitment Marketing Specialist acts as a champion for SCS, ensuring current talent attraction methods help to maximize recruitment marketing investment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Make recommendations to maximize recruitment marketing investment, increase overall quality applicant flow, and improve candidate experience.
- Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns; track, analyze, measure, and report on campaign performance and results.
- Update and maintain SCS page
- Partner with Communications team to develop and employ job content and posts on platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Act as the liaison with Talent Attraction COE partners to properly understand and utilize available tools and resources.
- Support planning of recruiting events (job fairs, interview days, etc.)
- Keep abreast of recruitment marketing and advertising trends and make recommendations.
- Additional projects as assigned.
- Previous working experience as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for at least 1 year highly preferred, but candidates with strong digital marketing experience are also welcome to apply.
- Adept at all things SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, etc.
- Ability to develop and deliver creative content.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies and channels (focus on recruitment highly preferred)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
