Our client, a growing forensic engineering firm, is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Regional Manager in Denver, Colorado.

Our client is actively seeking an experienced and energetic Regional Manager who holds a master’s degree (preferred) in mechanical engineering for their office in Denver, CO. Our ideal candidate has experience in direct client-facing roles and enjoys working in a high energy environment. This will require some regional travel & being outdoors.
The Denver Regional Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction of the region, including new client growth, staff acquisition and development, & meeting and exceeding financial goals. The RM will ensure all their clients receive white glove service and can maintain the regional office work products and reputation remains best in class.
Requirements
Base Salary $185,000-$215,000. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.

Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering & has obtained his/her P.E. license
- Prior/Current Accident Reconstruction Experience
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of Engineering experience, with strong client interaction accountabilities.
- Expert Witness-testifying experience in a court setting
- Excellent Interpersonal skills (oral and written), and ability to foster strong relationships with the team and clients.
- Available to travel regionally.
- Comfortable working on a team and in a collaborative space.
- Positive attitude full of commitment and a desire to contribute.
- Experience with people management and a passion for teaching/mentoring clients and colleagues.
- Interested in motor vehicles and automotive engineering.
- Has utilized and/or interested in 3D Scanners, drones, and photography.
Base Salary $185,000-$215,000. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.
