Sales Support Administrator
Job Description
- Assists the sales force by providing daily administrative support.
- Processes a high volume of sales orders by email or other methods, takes phone calls from customers, communicates feedback from customers to the sales team, checks prices and the status of orders, and reports monthly results to the sales team.
- Assists customers by addressing customer inquiries or complaints.
