Our client, a rapidly growing startup in the technology space, is transforming how businesses connect assets, streamline workflows, and make smarter decisions through cutting-edge 3D scanning, IoT integration, and visual asset management. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive for a direct hire opportunity.
This is a hybrid role based out of their Atlanta, GA headquarters, and they strongly prefer candidates who are local to the area.

About the Role
They are looking to hire a Senior Account Executive with 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales and a passion for enterprise expansion. The ideal candidate has deep experience selling to the industrial market, specifically to utilities, oil & gas, large-scale manufacturing, and refineries.
Working here will provide you with an opportunity to make a true impact and springboard your career if you are willing to put in the work. This role will have responsibility across every aspect of the sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiations to driving complex enterprise expansions.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead Sales Execution
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to proposals and closing.
  • Develop and execute compelling outbound strategies to bring in enterprise clients.
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and convert them into high-value deals.
Expand Existing and New Accounts
  • Develop account plans and strategies to take current accounts and lead expansion efforts.
  • Close new deals with their ICPs that are tied to corporate initiatives out of the gates, preventing the company from engaging in short-term value POCs.
  • Facilitate introductions from current and new accounts to create relationships that lead to referrals and new deals.



Strategic Prospecting & Relationship-Building
  • Leverage existing networks and build new relationships in industrial, manufacturing, and commercial real estate sectors.
  • Represent the company at conferences and outreach events to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success and implementation teams to ensure seamless client handoffs.
Organizational & Team Coordination
  • Maintain a robust, organized pipeline and keep the team informed of progress.
  • Work with leadership to set (and exceed) monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas for scaling their sales and marketing efforts.
Experience:
  • 5+ Years of Relevant Sales Experience: A clear track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Industrial/Manufacturing/CMMS: Expertise in these sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to coach and elevate junior sales professionals.
  • Relentless Prospecting Mindset: You live by the number of meetings you set and deals you close. You’re a pro at outbound prospecting and know how to open doors.
  • Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills: You keep the team in the loop and can collaborate seamlessly across departments.
  • SaaS & Growth Experience (Preferred): Background in scaling marketing/sales teams from $1M to $10M+ ARR.
  • Must be based in the Atlanta, GA metro area.

Base Salary $100,000- $145,000, plus variable compensation. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget,etc.
