Senior Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Our client, a large financial services company, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a 3-4 month contract assignment in midtown Manhattan. This role is covering for a leave. It is a hybrid schedule with time in office and working remotely, so candidates must be local to NYC.
The Administrative Assistant provides support to meet the business needs of 1-2 leaders. Under moderate supervision, this job is meets the daily requirements of the leaders and other office needs, including operational tasks, organizational duties and office coordination efforts.
Key Duties
- Serves as primary administrative contact for 1-2 leaders, working across all lines of business and with external agencies to answer questions and resolve administration-related issues.
- Provides calendar management, meeting arrangements, travel and expenses.
- Coordinates office functioning through inventory checks, space scheduling, event execution and document processing.
- Acts as a liaison between Executives and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and cohesion.
- Provides ad-hoc support as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of experience preferred
Pay Rate- $36.97- $38.97/hour
