Our client, a technology boutique, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a direct hire role in Suwanee, GA.
Position Overview: As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a key leadership role in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable digital solutions. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company's products. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a talented development team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end development of innovative and scalable digital solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design and implement efficient and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Provide architectural guidance, making informed decisions to enhance our technology stack.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused team environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into our development processes.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on features, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.) and back-end technologies (C#).
• Strong understanding of database systems, API development, and cloud platforms specifically Azure.
• Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide a development team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Base Salary up to $150,000. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.
