Job Description
Our client, a large financial services company, is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 6+ month contract assignment in Charlotte, NC. This role is hybrid with three days per week onsite.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor performs activities related to the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, talent evaluation and screening, job advertising and posting, talent prospecting, talent staffing and planning. Under limited supervision, job focuses on attracting the right talent for the organization's programs and mentors lower-level team members on best practices for talent acquisition.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor performs activities related to the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, talent evaluation and screening, job advertising and posting, talent prospecting, talent staffing and planning. Under limited supervision, job focuses on attracting the right talent for the organization's programs and mentors lower-level team members on best practices for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develops plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducting the interview process and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
- Manages and implements new strategies for candidate communication, including the scheduling of interviews and answering of candidate questions.
- Builds a pipeline or network of targeted talent pools by representing the organization at employment fairs, on-campus recruiting activities, etc.
- Partakes in ranking process of candidates with hiring manager after interviews are conducted.
- Manages job listings on internal and external sites.
- Counsels hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 3+ years of experience required; 5+ years Preferred
